Custom Made Easy.

We’ve streamlined the customization process into 4 easy steps, to bring you attainable custom products that are only limited by your imagination. Whether a seasoned designer, or new homeowner, we will work with you to bring your visions to life.

Step 1: Discovery

After first contact, through preliminary phone calls and emails, we’ll discuss the scope of your project with you in-depth to extract your needs and wants for your new fixture. Design styles, colors & finishes, job site challenges, sizes, as well as any site details such as beams, lift systems, electrical requirements and more should be discussed at this time. If you have photos, videos, and/or drawings, it is best to review these with your assigned product specialist at this time as well.

Step 2: Design and Price

This is where your ideas start to come to life! After collaborating with one of our product specialists, your custom tailored fixture is presented to you in a 3D rendering along with the pricing and specifications for your final approval. Any changes that need to be made to the concept, should be discussed at this point.

Step 3: Fabrication

Upon final approval and purchase, we’ll begin our fabrication process. Your glass is made by one of our talented artists, and canopies fabricated; then final assembly and finishing takes place in our Brooklyn studio.

Step 4: Shipping

Once packaged, your order is ready to ship domestically or internationally; and will arrive at your site ready for easy installation.
